1. Overview
TeamPulse is a web app for teams to run short pulse surveys and view aggregated results.
2. Who can use TeamPulse
- You must be at least 13 years old to use TeamPulse.
- If you use TeamPulse on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to do so.
3. Accounts, teams, and access
- A Team is created by an admin.
- Members join via an invite link/code and create a nickname + password.
- You are responsible for keeping your personal login link, nickname, and password secure.
- Team admins are responsible for who they invite and for team-level settings.
4. Surveys and privacy expectations
- TeamPulse is designed to show team-level insights, not individual answers.
- Results may be hidden until a minimum number of responses is reached to support anonymity.
- You agree not to try to identify who answered what or pressure teammates to reveal answers.
- You are responsible for how you use the service and for complying with applicable laws and team rules.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use TeamPulse for harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity;
- upload or collect sensitive personal data about others without consent;
- attempt to re-identify individual responses;
- disrupt or abuse the service (spam, scraping, bypassing limits, probing security, etc.).
6. Content and feedback
- You retain rights to your survey content and responses.
- If you send feedback, you grant TeamPulse the right to use it to improve the product (without obligation to compensate).
7. Beta service
TeamPulse is provided as a beta service. Features may change, break, or be removed. We may modify limits or availability at any time.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamPulse is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- TeamPulse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- TeamPulse’s total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to TeamPulse for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability (if any).
- Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limits may not fully apply to you.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service (or a team) if we believe these Terms are violated, to protect users, or to maintain service integrity.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of TeamPulse after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire agreement
These Terms describe the entire agreement between you and TeamPulse regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on this subject.
