TeamPulse may collect and store:
- Team data: team name, invite code, team settings (e.g., min answers threshold, timezone).
- Member data: nickname, team membership, admin flag, active status.
- Survey data: survey sessions (date/status), questions, and submitted answers (internally linked to member IDs).
- Technical data: basic logs needed to operate, secure, and debug the service.
3. How we use data
We use data to:
- run surveys, record responses, and compute participation and results;
- protect privacy (e.g., hiding results until a minimum number of responses is reached);
- maintain reliability, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
4. How privacy works in TeamPulse
- We do not display individual answers to teammates.
- Results are shown as aggregates.
- Results may be hidden until a minimum number of responses is reached.
5. Sharing and third parties
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share data:
- with service providers needed to operate TeamPulse (e.g., hosting/infrastructure);
- if required by law;
- to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of users and the service.
6. Data retention
We retain data as long as needed to provide the service and team history. In beta, we may remove inactive teams as part of housekeeping.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect data, but no system is 100% secure.

- Team admins can manage team settings and membership.

9. Children and sensitive data
TeamPulse is not intended for children under 13.
Please avoid submitting sensitive personal data (e.g., medical, financial, government IDs) into surveys.
